He insisted I pay half for condoms because we’d both be enjoying sex. Yet I never asked him to pay for the hundreds of dollars worth of hair removal devices that I spent because he wants me bare, even though it is only for his enjoyment. He’s never offered to pay for half nor even bothered to comfort me as I put myself through physical pain for him. Goes to show how much he values me.
Reminding myself that there are people who would be happy to pay for my comfort and who appreciate my company enough to not care. It’s not the money; it’s the thought. And I wouldn’t let someone who appreciates me that much to pay for me in full. That person would be priceless.
